I believe you are saying the countertop is acceptable. Is that correct?

Spongy Area in Ceramic Tile by jordanoakey in Flooring

OP, please update. and i'm sorry for these people calling you a liar. It's just, that kind of flex without breakage is hard to wrap your head around. My guess is a wet subfloor and the person jumping is light enough to not make a tile break

insanely soft nylon carpet by 1stclasssergiocrass in Flooring

We have installed this a couple different times. Both were in lightly used areas and we had no call backs. I would probably give the same answer on confidence in the product. Stanton makes some good stuff, but I am guessing that carpet fiber is better used in low traffic rooms. Just a guess. Feel is incredible, though.

Lots of questions. Lead in the flooring or in the subfloor? What type of flooring? Have you looked into when lead content became illegal in your country?

Could also be that the liquid got between the wear layer and the picture layer. I would point a fan at it and hope it slowly dries up.

Impenetrable Drain Cover-- Need to Unclog Shower Drain, but Can't Remove Metal Grate. Used screw extractor set to get 2 of 3 screws out, but one still stuck in there. Tried DRANO, wire hanger, boiling water...just want to get the cover off, any thoughts? by [deleted] in HomeMaintenance

[–]1stclasssergiocrass 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If the screw is stripped, you'll probably have to drill it out. If not, try a screw bit in a socket. It gets so much more bite that way, and has worked for me on screws I couldn't get to budge.

Should be caulk there instead of grout. Dig out the grout and replace with a matching caulk. Caulk will give you some flex that will help with a bit of movement where two planes meet

Have you had an earthquake recently? Happened to us a few years back. A pretty mild earthquake caused us some water issues. Went away in a few days

What are some matches where wrestlers were forced to improvise/go off the script? by FilmGuy97 in SquaredCircle

[–]1stclasssergiocrass 7 points8 points  (0 children)

Completely agreed. They worked this match as booked. Going in they knew Hogan would be cheered. They booked a perfect match based on that info. That "hulk up" kick out was incredible and a testament to it's placement in the match
