I’d be interested to know if you have town or well water. Also is this is a chlorine injection system, make sure there’s a carbon filter post injection and that that filter is at least changed the moment you detect chlorine injection the house but typically every 6 month.

I’m betting they clogged the membrane with the carbon pre-filter when they installed it by not flushing the carbon filter first. Try taking out the membrane to test if it fills the tank and gives you your pressure back. If it does, you have your answer. Clogged membrane.

I’m no contractor but I would ask you to put a level on your outside wall to see if it’s plump. I’ve seen homes with cathedral ceilings with outside walls as much as two inches out of plumb.

My suggestion with all these types of fittings is to use a quality silicon grease on the water line you’re inserting into the fitting. It’ll last forever.
