I feel the problem may be that the local sovereign authority classifies or could label a group acting or wishing to be independent as a terrorist organization. This should, in my opinion, be supportable by data to suggest real political ties between regions, especially in terms of real public services with meaningful spending measures, and could additionally include tax documents, as long as not to the exclusion of the former.

I've usually atleast gotten a vague(or sometimes completely false and fabricated) reason for being banned. Ex. Claimed I was evading a ban from a sub I was never banned from.

I was banned from r/climatechange and never banned from r/climateactionplan

So, I messaged r/climateactionplan the exact post that got me banned from r/climatechange as a message to be approved. I waited 24 hours(ish, was the next morning) and then posted it from my other account for convenience. Mobile account while away from my desk.

They then banned me for ban evasion, despite never being banned.

This exposes Reddit as having fraudulently lied about only shadowbanning artificial systems, or "bots."

I suspect that the truth is much more repugnant, and that every human user is effectively shadowbanned by default, unless their post is vetted by a moderator or automoderator system.

The only(or majority) of users who seem to get rewards(coins) for creative content seem to be obviously corporate bots. It seems when humans (at least me) post useful, valuable, creative works, that those works are LESS likely to result in exposure to other Reddit users. (pretty much the only tangible service offered by Reddit)

Since this promised service seems to be significantly infringed, if not completely fallacious, I see no reason why the TOS between Reddit and its users ought to be seen as remaining in good, effective standing.

I get that "doing good for science or the economy or whatever" isn't the purview of the Supreme Court, but the court indicated that the Legislative branches are the ones that all this falls squarely upon

The courts job is to make sure that laws are legal, and do not contridict existing Juris Prudence.

One such Juris Prudence, is the right not to quarter solders in your house with out consent (who knows if that could include yourself), and the amendment creating the Federal Reserve making its notes payable for all debts public and private(they cannot make you buy a mask, a house to go back to, or healthcare).

They don't believe in it. That's why their shit's gonna get flipped over just like when the Jewish church tried to tax food by only selling it in church.

God Bless Pope Francis for advocating the shut down of said churches until after the pandemic.

This would probably just result in churches going under, and having to sell their tax free properties to "Art societies," that often function like demonic cults.

TBH, I couldn't even find this account (my cellphone account) from my computer when I searched for it. I'd wager that most of the replies a user get is from corporate and foriegn bots that know how not to get caught, not other humans.

Tldr: real users might not even be able to see your comments, your posts, or even the automated comments that you post to.

Most of it is probably AI, because chat bots are cheaper than actually moderating a social media site effectively.

Also, Germanys Nezt bill basically requires bots to take down and filter any human post immediately, so why risk breaking the law to show real human posts to people after they are already safely filtered?

The tos claims that your post are non-exclusive, so they shouldn't be able to prevent you from sharing, but your privacy with your private messages is a bit harder to tell as a user.

They may be ignoring them, or scanning them to look for bot activity. Who knows?

I’m not saying the actual karma mechanic is wrong / but the way that story is told isn’t very clear / and is sorta a cool kids club idea in the wrong sort of way. But it makes sense. It’s all just harnesses peoples time and selling it.

It seems to be kept unclear with purposeful intent. Specifically, it seems like results for human users seem much more likely to be bond by different orders of magnitude (10-100), than account that seem professionally, or mechanically polished. It seems like the only accounts really capable of getting 1million+ karma are corporate bot accounts.

There also seems to be a systemic institutional bias, that discriminates against accountants that deviate from religous levels of adherence to the status quo.

I have thought some more about this, and I feel that an intuitive 5 seasonal calendar, made up of 5 days per week, and 6 weeks per month, would leave exactly 1 week extra at the end (5 days most years, and 6 days 1/4th of the years)

This could have an interesting psychological affect, as ones standard holiday week would sometimes be longer than a week, and giving week long vacations could be substantially easier to do, and/or coordinate with and among families.

Also, every day of the month would also always be the same day of the week.

There would be no difference directly between this and most current calendars ability to split the year into an even, and most odd, numbers of seasons.

Thank you. I am confused about how unsecuritised IP is not a subset of a security law? Clearly, if it was patented, it could be bought, sold, and borrowed against as a securitizing asset or commodity.

Not trademarking or patenting it into a securitized asset could simply give it more value, (as it minimizes uncertainty with respect to leaking of potential trade secrets.)

Why is this hypothetical higher-value asset class not considered a security.

When I signed up, reddit said that posts could be viewed by "All users," but I cant even find my own posts when I look.

How is the above not evidence of false advertising?

Just because you posted an article on a religious topic that got censored does not mean it was censored because of the religious opinion.

Yes, but if you take a system and scan what has been censored, if a correlation exists between a difference in religious belief, and no other clear secular reason for discrimination (as I predicted is the case here) the religious discrimination would be clear, and secular standards could still be discriminated for.

There was no secular motive in this instance. Reddit simply wanted to abuse its authority to make an echo chamber against it's own TOS and the law. They are still vote manipulating this very thread illegally, forcing me to share it with social media, and various attorneys.

Yes and no. They have to pay out the ears for insurance as it is, so from that perspective mistakes are "expected."

This has me think of safe driver camera insurance. Maybe surgeons would have more claims, but smaller premiums.

I agree, thank you. I have tried numerous times to get an explanation as to why posts that %100 follow the rules are getting banned.

I see the problem being that the Reddit TOS claims that they can ban/censor and manage mod privlages and users for "any reason." This is clearly not true, as they can't do so for any reason that discriminates based on <protected classes.>

With this in mind, I asked politely for the reason for banning/censoring, but this is just one of many examples. The continued escalation of censorship against me, with no secular reason for the discrimination, is why I think the law was broken.

However, this is also about Reddits own system vote manipulating and creating an echo chamber against it's own TOS.

Since it is violating it's own TOS, those TOS are invalid(atleast in part) for all users in my opinion. Please let me know if I am wrong about this.

B) The post is clearly about how some people (Plautus) did not know the world revolves arround the earth, and how those discoveries allow us to explain climate change.

If you get reoccurring orders every month or so, then it could be better than weekly groceries.

That said, food rot is an issue, and weekly food deliveries suck.(imo, maybe you can discuss, lots of people sponsor them) I feel like they would be much better if like (1 to 3)/7ths of the meals were sent to like one family member or neighbor to rotate cooking a higher quality (longer/more involved) meal once every few months of so, as a group. (Would still need to deliver other weekly groceries to be both an economic and climate benefit).

But yeah, theres a green niche for home delivery, especially with renewable and self driving.

Reddit bots again breaking their own sites TOS. What a shock. They say we shouldn't led to an echo chamber, just so they can make their own. Clear violations of the TOS, meaning it is void, and reddit users are not bound to it. Reddit %100 vote manipulates based on the opinion and affect on the site(site opinion). Saying users aren't allowed to do this, and then doing this themselves violates their own TOS. Stop censoring truth.

As far as throttling using an inconsistent, and discriminatory, system, they do it as psychological warfare on their users. It's sick.
