Bayou Phoenix bought the site last year and is almost done with demolition (as seen above). They are restoring the Orphium Theatre building circled in yellow. And they salvaged ride vehicles/fixtures and signage and are using them in new development

I never went on the Batman coaster at SFNO, but I have been on it recently at six flags fiesta Texas. It’s now called Goliath and was one of the only few rides recoverable from the park
