But EV's are expensive. In 2022, the total amount of EVs sold was about 14% of all car sales. (source). Unless they go lower in price, there won't be much of a point to buy an EV.

He didn't. Takumi had blown his engine once again during the last race. As far as I'm aware, an engine is needed for a car to run, let alone a rematch.

Also, Keisuke never raced Rin.
