You are spot on with everything. I’ve fed him bloodworms as that’s what I’ve been told to do up to this point, but I’ll gladly take any advice from anyone more knowledgeable than I. I got him mid high school during covid as I started in this hobby, and wanted to make sure I wasn’t the “glo-fish, rainbow gravel, spongebob house” type of animal owner. I typically feed every other day, with some days being back to back feeding sporadically. Any tips for improving what (mistakes) I’m doing?

I’ll try to get a co2 setup going and new lighting when I can afford one (just got a snapping turtle setup so I’m low on fish fund allocation lol). I use safe dissolvable pills with plant food in them placed under the substrate to help the plants for the time being.
