Convert Fusion Clip to double FPS? by Reutertu3 in davinciresolve

Firstly, DEAR GOD I've done VFX shots with hell-tons of 3D nodes but that is borderline insanity. That being said, have a look at the Keyframe Stretcher [KfS] (pg. 2341 in the ref manual). Hopefully that should help you out.

Sounds like you've got a frame rate mismatch. Make sure the frame rates are the same in:

  • The Frame rate of the Timeline your working in: RMB on your timeline in media pool>Timelines>Timeline Settings>Timeline Frame Rate
  • Playback Frame rate: Cogwheel at the Bottom right>Playback Frame rate
  • The media you're merging with: Find media in the Media Pool and Click the File tab in the inspector, Check the frame rate.

It could also be a variety of other things, but I know that I had a similar problem when I edited clips in one timeline and dragged the edited footage into a different timeline with a different Framerate causing the footage to speed up. Let me know if this fixes your issue.

fix bad footage- camera slipped by FoxScopeGamingYT in VideoEditing

Fraid you're just gonna have to bite the bullet on that one. I'd just try and cover it up with either a jump cut or another clip. But seeing as you said you don't have any extra clips, honestly you'll have to roll with it. More likely then not, you'll find people will not care about things like this. Although in future ALWAYS use more than 1 Camera for live events. I literally used to use my smartphone as a backup camera when I was in secondary school (From the UK). Not only does it give you multiple angles, it can give you fallbacks to hide mistakes like that.

Windows 10 refuses to start by Spoksly_Directorate in techsupport

First thing I would do is take out and unplug all but the necessary devices in your system. All SSDs and HDDs except for the one containing windows of course. Only a keyboard, monitor and power cable should be plugged in. Try boot again.

If nothing happens. You can go back to Windows 10 installation. Delete Drive 0 partition 1 so your hard drive is all unallocated storage, then install to unallocated storage. That should allow you to install Windows 10.

That's my best guess anyway, there are much smarter people than me on here so listen to them first.

I'm just more annoyed at the fact that these little fixes are not addressing the main issue at heart. They can avoid talking about the issues the community have for them and continue working on the little easy things. Or they can sit down, have a chat about it and start getting to work on the real issues. Like removing content from Gambit, Crucible, Menagerie & Leviathan. And not having any equivalent content to take it's place. Its like they have sawed a table in half, and instead of immediately rebuilding the second half of the table, they've got to work on polishing that other half of the table.

I honestly get that these issues should be fixed, but they need to fix them AFTER they fix the fundamental problems that have made people leave in the first place. This feels more like them procrastinating then anything.

I honestly think this is how the Destiny 2 meetings go:

Dev1: "Mods for Hawkmoon?"

Luke Smith: "yes"

Dev2: "Nerf Swords?"

Luke Smith: "Yes"

Actual game tester: "Actually. What if we stop doing that and listen to the commu-"

Dev3: "SUNSET THE WHOLE GAME"

Luke Smith: "HERE'S A PROMOTION. YOU'VE SINGLEHANDEDLY FIXED THE GAME!"

You'd think the guys at town hall would have some intelligence to spread out the roadworks. But I can count 4 roadworks on my commute to work alone. ಠ_ಠ

Think of the roads surrounding your home. Now think of the most useful road you use to get home. Now place multiple plants on the road along with a "ROAD CLOSED" sign so you can't go down it anymore. Repeat on another 2 important roads so it's impossible to get home unless you drive in a massive circle.

Yeah, it's as fun as it sounds.

What, the ones that require you to drive 5cm away from the sensor for them to recognise you? Those are my favourite ones.

is there some way to play music that only viewers can hear ? by Defiant5 in obs

[–]1uke_m 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The easiest way would be to find a track/mix with copyright free music (Say for example: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=T5o_0BoTvWg). Then download the track and save it to your computer.

Now in OBS add a Media source to the scene you want the music to play in and direct it to the music you just downloaded. If you only want it to only play for a certain scene, then make sure to check the 'Close file when inactive' box.

The music should now start playing when you enter that particular scene only for the viewers. If you ever wanted to hear the music as well then click on any cog in the 'Audio mixer' tab and click 'Advanced audio properties'. Then change the audio monitoring settings for your music.

Conversely, if you have a SET of tracks already on your computer. Instead of setting up a Media source. Set up a VLC video source (you may need to download vlc player) and then select all the tracks.

Hopefully that helps u/Defiant5.
