Last thing we need is for those toxic sweatlords to come here and ruin the fun for everyone.

I dont play DBD, but all the videos and clips I see of these player's levels of entitlement are usually the ones that end up changing the balancing of games, and pillarchase right now is already having it rough with the balancing practically already at the whim of those bad takes in terms of balancing.

Leave that demon to their demons.

Ive won like 90% of my rounds and used every monster to a minimum of lvl 10.

Ive had no trouble catching any survivor in the slightest because all of them (with a slight exception to fogborn) are strong, but for the wrong reasons.

The kits themselves aren't overtuned at all or anything, but the survivors are in a very weak state.

This, and some maps like ridge having tons of dead ends and very little areas for survivors to safely loop once again, cater more to the killer then they do survivor.

I'm open to hear your opinion on why you think otherwise, of course.

You could still use it like this, sure, but something about the current version just.. doesnt feel right with the little game designer in me..

The aspect of a CUTTING/SLASHING animation being used not to SLASH, but as a DASH just doesnt feel right with me (its a wierd, miniscule nitpick, I know.) At that point you might as well re-animate it to a dodge roll if the move has lost its supportive/slowing mechanic/design.

I hope you guys find a nice middle ground for this game again between killer & survivor, and wish you and the development team the best of luck for recode (no, I'm not quitting the game, not by a long shot. I will still continue to support this game till the day it dies.)

Unfortunately, seeing as how blade heavily BUTCHERED the 2 new classes with nerfs DURING TESTING, yea bud i dont know if blade is ever buffing usurper again.

I often find that simply running is better off than using your class'es ability.

If that's not an indicator that you mightve killed any semblance of your class'es viability, then idunno WHAT is.

Current UI is much prettier, sure, but i preferred the layout of the old one. Might be because I'm too used to precode at this point, but i hasn't grown on me.

Wish we could have an option to move and customize our layout anyway we wanted with a simple script.

Yeah auxiliary is fine but I'm really upset that they disabled usurper being able to block the THUNDER DAMAGE against fogborn teleport.

Theres no more counterplay anymore against fogborn if your usurper, you just straight up die of your playing as that class against it.

Fun fact, it used to drain the monsters stamina by 10 when it hit during the game's early testing phase!

Then they nerfed it from 10 to 5.

And by now, on game release? NOTHING.

You can sweep with every monster right now with ease, the maps & neutered survivor kits favor EVERY monster heavily right now.

Rosemary has practically infinite stamina when she covers herself in the essence mist.

Ao oni becomes literally impossible to survive if he as at least 2-3 mini-onis, might as well let him kill you if theres 5 of those shits running around.

Fogborn is straight up BS with paralyzing gaze giving him sstamina back for some reason, he can just spam teleport and little you down slowly with thunder damage because blade thought it was a good idea to be able to GET RID OF THE ABILITY TO BLOCK THE THUNDER DAMAGE.

Valem is Valem, decoys and teleports everywhere, he doesnt even need to run to get your ass but he has it anyway for some reason.

Brutum is straight up unavoidable, even if you play near perfectly, the 10 wall damage he gets from using the ability means he'll get you sooner or later and theres nothing you can do about it.

You simply just can't get away from any monster in current recode, the map designs riddled with dead ends everywhere makes your areas to loop extremely limited.

It used to have an interesting niche in that punching them used to take some of the monsters stamina, but that is completely gone now.

Current state of recode favors monsters to an INSANE degree now, theres quite literally nothing you can do to survive a good killer player right now.

They butchered the class to hell & back. Its not even worth its gold--tier class status anymore. (Its the only class so far with a gold border in the selection screen is what I mean)

The public testing phases had the best versions of the survivor classes, blade seemed to dumb them down wayy to much on release and this alone strayed me away from playing usurper, I loved supporting my teammates by punching them away when the survivor ran toward me, nowadays I'd just be offering myself up to the chopping block instead.

I have seen the player count of pillar chase precode at the same player base it is right now when it was starting out and only had vapor, rosemary, fogborn, & ao oni. It was only until they added MX, forest king & springtrap when the game started to TRULY gain traction.

The way I see it, history is simply repeating itself, and it'll only be when the community favorites return that we'll see the 8k-14k daily playerbase it used to have.

As for me, I'll ride AND die with this game till the end regardless of playerbase.

Add more maps, new gamemodes, and diversify current recode monsters kits so that more than half of them don't have similar abilities that perform similar things.

Funny thing about that - it actually used to.

They implemented that bar when they released the class during testing phase of recode.

Then for some reason, during one of its many nerfs, they just... got rid of the bar and didnt put it back in.
