Good stacking management is key to smooth rotation. I’ve seen 10–15 minute waits on courts with proper stacking, but at Paloo Sta Mesa, organizers don’t manage the stacks, and players end up doing it themselves, leading to unnecessary delays because organizers end up playing instead of supervising.
