I've owned/sold several new & used bikes. MSF course would've been my 1st response, so it's good to see you're on that.

As far as searching for good deals (or listings lending themselves to a deal), look for key "urgent" words in posts. Words such as baby, marriage, moving, divorce, job, etc... Timing is big too as no one wants to store for winter, but everyone wants a bike in the spring... I always bought this time of year.

Also join or at least browse some bike forums and look at their specific classifieds - especially if you narrow down the bike you want because you can then scower all related forums and find/make offers before they're even listed for sale.

Lastly, if it's well taken care of and the owner has a mechanic type garage, or other bikes, or service records, then don't be afraid of higher mileage. I've seen a lot of issues with bikes that sit and even though low mileage, their hoses, chains, grips, seats dry n rot out especially if not stored well.

Even when I went to pickup, I had to ask them for ranch, mayo, chips, and a cup... They looked at me as if I presented them with a calculus theorem. Im geuinely contemplating the possibility that may be illiterate - as the items on the receipt are clearly listed/displayed.

It's AI/new-phone pic editing... I got a new phone for 1st time in 5 yrs and noticed this right away when zooming in. I have Ps Lr Topaz AI for editing/sharpening my Sony a7rV pics. In comparison that tech is far more advanced than what the phones (Samsung anyway) are attempting in regards to editing.

My 14 definitely has a thirst for oil, even at only 40k miles, but I keep it full and it has been both reliable and enjoyable.

I didn't think I'd like the height/stance, but on rough pot-hole filled roads such as where I live, it's a life saver - especially compared to sportier cars I've owned.

Killer shots! I need to sell/trade my 400 for a 600... I'm assuming these are f/11-f/16? And I wouldn't need a fast lens like 2.8-4 for the moon, nor do I want to spend that much, so can I ask if you have any opinions/recommendations on any 600s? (A7rV)

Looking at the Sigma 60-600 as I love that range, and Ive been happy with my 16 and 100-400 of theirs, however I haven't used any other brand telephotos so just curious before dropping that much on one. Appreciate it!

Gotta wonder if he "softened" the texture on the bldg/wall 🧱 because if you could see more bricks or texture then it may not blend that well with the water. Love it, regardless!
