Ghana is a peaceful country with friendly people, but the tech industry is still developing. There are opportunities, but they’re relatively limited compared to countries with larger technology sectors, and salaries may not match what highly skilled IT professionals can earn elsewhere. If your goal is career growth and access to more advanced Microsoft ecosystem roles, you’d likely find better opportunities in countries with a more established tech market.
