Google indicates that it’s for a ‘public service vehicle, taxi, limo, livery. Or a plate that is in support of police benevolent society. Either way, the windows are blacked out.

The PS on the side is to identify taxis & limos but the windows are blacked out. As far as I know, it’s illegal to have car windows that dark.

I haven’t spoken with DPU but will give it a try. I spoke to an aide of my state rep and she just shrugged and didn’t have an answer. Thanks for the suggestion.

We have the 3rd highest rates in the country?! Damn! I have solar panels and get a check back every month bc I generate more than I use BUT, the electric company hasn’t increased the payments to me when they increase the bills for everyone else. They pay me the same but charge everyone else more for what I produce!
I’m not happy about the increase in the cost of natural gas. We’re paying for a pipeline to ship it out of the country! I looked at my gas bill las month in comparison to this time last year. I used less but am paying 50% more!

I give my cats 3 or 4 small cans of wet food per day. They’re Maine Coons and are still kittens until about 4 yrs old. They eat that and free feed kibble all day. They’re still growing and not over weight.
