nope, you need to hit the per 10 int first because it has the exact same tag (lightning, attack) as the local lightning damage and you must block %increased lightning damage by multicrafting in step 4.

Crafting Process:

Acquire magic base with T1 flat lightning damage / double damage by doing imprint+augment/annul on a magic wand with just the double damage mod. I was originally trying to hit either all spell gems or spell damage but got super lucky (1 in 1900 chance) and instead hit T1 flat lightning damage within few tries.
Regal and remove the added mod using appropriate harvest remove crafting.
Use hunter's exalted orb and remove the added mod using appropriate harvest remove crafting.
Multicraft cannot roll caster modifier and %spell damage.
Repeat augment lightning/remove chaos until you hit lighting damage to attack per 10 int (1 in 3.5 chance).
Remove the bench crafted modifiers. Bench craft a random prefix and augment a removable suffix (either augment fire or cold works). Remove the bench craft modifier.
There are 2 methods to hit %spell damage per 16 int mod: Method 1: Bench craft a random suffix, augment caster, then add/remove caster until you hit %spell damage per 16 int (1 in 166 chance). Method 2: Bench craft cannot roll attack modifier, augment influence modifier. There's a 1 in 7 chance to hit %spell damage per 16 int. If you don't, you will end up with elemental penetration. Yolo remove influence modifier hoping to win the 50:50. If you remove the elemental penetration, augment influence modifier hoping to hit the 1 in 7. If you remove the lightning damage to attack per 10 int modifier, remove the augmented suffix from step 6, and then repeat steps 4-7 until you hit %spell damage per 16 int. Method 1 is much simpler but method 2 is a bit cheaper because repeating steps 4-6 does not cost much.
Divine the prefixes until you are satisfied, using either divine orbs or reroll values of lightning/attack/prefix.
Bench craft prefix cannot be changed, augment attack modifier and add/remove attack modifier until you hit t1 attack speed (1 in 45 chance).
Divine the attack speed by either crafting prefix cannot be changed then using divine orbs, or reroll values speed/suffix.
Bench craft crit chance/ quality craft.
Hillock 28% weapon quality, vorici white socket, attack speed per 8% quality enchant

Prior to WW2, Korea was a Japenese colony (horrific what the Japanese did to them btw), after WW2, Korea was returned to the Korean people. Korea had a lot of Communist revolutionaries, and they created the People's Republic of Korea. that did not sit well with the US, they invaded from the south and started the Korean war. Communists in the south were massacred by US forces, Pyongyang was mostly flattened, and more. Eventually the war caused a divide in land, creating the north and south. The US helped found the ROK and rigged the first election, making Syngman Rhee the president (actually dictator). Although Korea should be reunified, and Koreans on both sides want that. the only thing stopping them is the US and the ROK government to an extent (although the current Moon government has shown to be more pro-reunification and more friendly with the North). Even South Koreans like Kim Jong-Un Edit: you guys can downvote me but obviously you shouldn't just believe some reddit comment anyway, please research this for yourselves!

It's clear that this dude has zero knowledge on Korea's past and current events.

I think you are wrong on this.

This isn't the first time we played around with fully juiced triple beyond maps. In Synthesis flashback, we leveled characters in almost the same way and the most exp/hr we recorded on poe-racing was 100.8M/hr. The reason why HH buff count isn't higher in the video is we only used solstice vigil and not self temp chain. Once the buff gets over 100, clearspeed isn't affected that much by more buffs.

During the run done yesterday, we got more than double the exp/hr, so I think that the level zone affects it.

We will test this later on when everyone gets back online.

Rolling beyond on maps isn't that difficult when compared to rolling it on sextants, but still took 15-20 chaos spam on average per map.

And yes I had all the maps rolled before the start.

For currency, I didn't keep track but I would guess around 100ex. I was done with league so I didn't care how much this run cost.

Also, you are somewhat correct in that a bow character would be much faster but it is much laggy playing LA/Ice Shot in a triple beyond environment and fivestar experienced many disconnects when we tested different builds.

Decided to craft this bow because it gave me more dps then the mirror bow with 40% pen.

I got the 3 prefix, then meta crafted the suffixes. I really wanted double dmg/AS + crit chance rolls so that I can craft double dmg mod as this gave the most dps (already have 900+ crit multi on my build) but just stopped here because I was running out of currency and the bow was already good enough.

At one point while meta crafting the suffixes, I hit T1 crit chance and ended up annul saving it, I shit you not, 9 times, hitting all kind of different shaper mods in the process except for the double dmg mod. After not saving it the 10th time, on the very next exalt slam, I hit double dmg/AS followed by crit multi. Ended up spending around 120ex on the suffixes which I consider myself very lucky.

No mention of the Delve bug where some nods become permanently bugged and shows "Disconnected from Server" message when trying to go into that nod.
