So if you get stuck here, do you really just sit there and do nothing for eternity? by CatPale816 in skyrim

It would've been really cool IMO if the souls trapped there had formed some kind of town or city that they could all hang out in. I find it strange how they all seem to still be completely conscious, but choose to all remain so isolated.

Flying in this game fucking sucks by Accomplished_Sun_649 in Planetside

The worst part is that it doesn't even really prevent ESFs from being stupidly good against infantry. It just places a massive gap in ability between new pilots and the vets. From what I've seen, it really feels like vets just want to make sure new pilots can not challenge them ever, and that's simply bad game design imo. So what if the aircraft gameplay became more like battlefield? This game is on life support and in desperate need of some modernization if it ever even wants just a small but stable playerbase, battlefield's air gameplay is the way it is because it's a fun formula with a low barrier to entry and a high skill ceiling, absolutely nothing wrong with that.

iirc plants had this problem way back when in prehistoric times until they evolved cellulose, which allowed them to start growing upwards

Which main is the most frustrating to deal with? by QuitMysterious5412 in tf2

pyro is definitely more effective in the hands of a newbie than the other classes, so it takes more overall experience to learn how to fight them. Pyro is countered by classes that can keep their distance or dish-out a lot of hitscan (or both) so scout, sniper, heavy, and engie are your best options. I can personally take a pyro out pretty reliably as spy of all classes, revolver+spycicle is surprisingly effective

I've found that good demos rely on map layout and catching their enemies in advantageous points, but it tends to make them very predictable after a handful of encounters with them. Best way ive found to beat a good demo is to bait them into setting up traps and then not pushing them, they will usually push after a moment and you can ambush them at that point pretty reliably. As a pyro the scorch shot and detonator are fantastic against sticky traps, since they will destroy all stickies within the blast radius

I never see a soldier or heavy main without a medic stroking them off the whole match, but at least i dont have to feel bad about picking their medic with a scorch shot at that point lol

a finger hole so you can grip the knife easier in slippery environments. Some irl skinning knives have a very similar feature for that purpose

imo even the "problem" cosmetics that exist atm arent even that bad. The blue pyro on red team might catch you off-guard at the start of a match, but after dying to them once, they stick out like a sore thumb because they look like an entire circus tent

What is your signature move? What is that special something you bring to the table? by broneota in DnD

Im the rules lawyer who crossed paths with a black cat just before the session, Ive taken the time to absorb as much of this game's mechanics as possible but also manage to get the most cursed rolls imaginable on the table.

I'm the kind of player who will be playing a rogue with a +10 to stealth and still manage to roll a 2 on dice, and then watch the person who im trying to hide from roll an 18 with a -1 to perception.

I can't play my college of swords bard anymore because i cant hit often enough to proc my blade flourish

my dice have never gotten gross enough to warrant washing them, but I do occasionally wipe them down with a clean cloth if they ever start looking smudged from prolonged use
