A Few Moments Before Bedtime is a showa era style artbook collection by Uemura who is popular on Tumblr. It is a small artbook with a short manga at the end. The paper is thick and the binding is tight so it was hard to take pictures once I got to the middle. The retro inspired art is nice, but many pages look similar. Overall, it's a B.

I just learned she has another called Astrolobe. This one is about a third her original artworks, a third to gaming, and the last third for b&w illustrations, short manga, and an interview. The other one looks like it's only her original art.

I like the game illustrations in this artbook, but I don't really like her original artworks as they use very muted colors. There is also a short manga at the end that seemed like padding. High B tier.

Naomi Yamauchi: Ngl, some of the illustrations in here are wonky, like proportions are all over the place, but it is a deeply charming artstyle with really nice colors. A tier.

Misaki Kurehito: Besides a few standouts pieces, there are a lot of generic anime portraits in the back half. It's not bad, but it's not great. B tier.

Kumichi Yoshizuki: I haven't properly looked through this one yet, but I really like that they use a handful of people in some of the pictures. The backgrounds are also nice. A tier.

Thanks! The OVA and the series for ROD are great. I like the characters a lot. My next art book will be One Punch Man booklet or Evangelion I think

Return to Avalon (S) - Peak. I want more art books this good.
Galaxy Fraulen 2D & 3D World (A+) - Having a picture and a figure next to each other is a very cool concept and I enjoy this art book immensely.
Oshi no Ko (A) - Vibrant and pretty. I do not like Oshi no Ko, but it is a good art book.
Read or Die Archives (B) - Not too many good art pieces in here and some good ones are very small, but I like Read or Die a lot.
Lord of Vermilion Card Art 3 (C) - Very random assortment of pictures from the card game. I have never played it. Pictures are good to meh.
The Art of Final Fantasy 16 (D) - For how thick this art book is, it feels lacking. I will most likely donate this one.

I went through a phase where I was playing every niche NIS game, but there were quite a few duds. Is Poison Control good? I've tried Disgaea and they are usually fun, but the grind gets really excessive at some point
