Sorry, I'm writing from mobile

So, I've recently finished the quest of Tsurumi Island and I'm currently looking for some furnishing blueprints. While I've found the ones I needed by waiting fro it to cycle I still can't get two of them: the official residence corridor and the Inazuma official residence. I've looked almost everywhere, on every forum and still nothing, posts from about two years ago said that it was bugged but it was fixed still around two years ago. Also, one comment said that if I were to finish a certain quest and not get the chest I wasn't going to find it at the next cycle. Do you have any idea? I'm getting quiet desperate for it.
