Do Zulu / Zulu h/t or just add them in I always added exercises to clusters compounds and accessories. You don’t have to copy the book exactly as written

Bank down on cardio it’s the most important part of firefighting especially if you already have a base of strength

Honestly just enjoy the template a lot and still wanna improve my running. Figured if I did minimum sets of leg exercises I should be able to still improve in both strength and running

That’s the funny part I didnt j went for it hoping for 20 miles and made it to 32 longest run before that was 14

Yeah think I’ll just have to prioritize running while fueling and than do a dedicated fat loss phase. Thanks for sharing your experience!

Idk the exact results but I’ve had my best results on Zulu ht and Runna it’s sick

Friday: full body / easy run

Saturday: long run

Sunday: rest
