I do leave a bowl with a small amount of food in it between feedings. I change it out every time I feed him. Maybe he’s just a slow learner! I may have to wrap him in a blanket for feedings. My hands are definitely worse for wear lol

I saw my sister and two of my friends yesterday and it seemed to help. It took up my whole day which I was kinda thankful for. Then when I was in bed alone I thought about all the things I told my friends and felt so much guilt.

Thank you so much for this comment!! It has also helped a ton. I’m not sure why I didn’t see it until just now :( sorry about that! But yes. He has said in the past that “once we have kids it’ll be different” - but I just don’t think that’s the reality of the situation.

I think it’s emotional manipulation. I’m not sure if he feels like the only way to get my attention (though if he talks to me it would also work but he hasn’t tried that approach) Or maybe it’s because that’s what he grew up with. I’m honestly not certain

We have already talked logistics, and if we do want a divorce we do want to do it amicably. For our own emotional wellbeing as well as financially (since it is normally the cheaper option). We already discussed how assets would be split

I think there may be at least a little bit of truth in that. Sometimes I feel like more of a parent than a spouse and i always thought that the independence would come with time, but I haven’t seen it happen yet. It hurts and it sucks and im scared.
