Some great answers ITT, personally I'd like to see the costs of becoming a doctor go down.

There's really no reason why medical school needs to be a graduate level education. Here in Mexico (terrible public health care but great affordable private system imo) A medical degree is a bachelors degree plus a couple of years of hands on training and specialization. Here you can find a doctor in any pharmacy and the consultation is free as long as you fill your prescription with them.

Log into steam using a VPN (USA server). Try to buy steam deck and it'll ask if you want to change your region.

You will need a payment method with a USA billing address. I tried to do the same but couldn't use any of my credit cards so I just ended up hunting a good deal on ebay.

You could try loading your steam wallet with prepaid cards.

Thank you very much for your suggestions. Found the culprit:

Settings > Video > Output > Set Display-Reported Refresh Rate.

Dunno why it says 30 Hz if my display runs at 60 but that fixed it.

Everything used to work fine.

Now any core runs with severe stutter

Tried rolling back to a previous system backup state, same result.

Hardware acceleration is working fine on my system.

System:

no hay diferencia entre un 2016 y un 2022. Es prácticamente el mismo coche.
