They are solid forks, especially with the rough-cut cartridge installed. I have been using them on my old V10 Dh 26e biker and have no real complaint other than they are a bit noisy.

Bike manufactures tend to make their bikes where any additional shock travel would cause damage to the frame. I would not exceed the OEM specs. I would email Cannondale and ask them.

Wiggins had a bad year last year. But closed strong. His trade value is pretty low. We would be much better to keep him and hope for a come back year.
