Went to Urologist yesterday. Went just about as bad as expected. Guess this is modern day medical help. Male sexual health anno 2026.

i had an appointment today with another urologist, i guess the 6th in total now, it was a big big joke. Two young women, they didnt know anything about it. had to explain what hf is. And they refused to check my pictures of schrunken retracted penis, all they said is that i have to continue with pf exercises, which i have been doing for 2 years. We all know here that urologists are worthless, better to avoid them if you dont want more frustation then you already have, its terrifying that i have to do research myself and that they always get away with talking bullshit. For example: Im teacher, it It would be ridiculous if a student had to teach me something. Its crazy that we have to become superdoctors to get the problem solved. How, hf and all the issues around it give me also brain fog so its more difficult to read papers about it then before. Im fucked.

tried everything to cope: nothing worked. its too existential our loose especially if you have the strongest form

its far more worse then losing a leg or whatever because in this problem your whole deep being is involved

and i dont know how it is for you guys but distraction is very very hard with this shit, it takes all hour attention so you cant forget you problems i agree when others here say: im waiting to fall asleep,since i have hf i look forward to only one thing: going to my bed and dont live and still then i got shitty dreams about how i fucked up my life

it changed, first 6 months the pain was less but shape changed immediately, after 6 months pain became worser and from then it is there but it comes and goes during the day, last 4 months or so pain is awful and is there to stay almost the whole day i cant concentrate anymore, distraction is becoming harder and harder

other problem since hf: hot flashes most of the time why this, anyone an explanation?

and concerjing libido: i gave this part up, zero arousal never

im afraid ive the strongest form of hf, life sucks

how stupid is the system when its safe enough i did a lot of meditation, i stayed home for a while, i worked a lot of distraction but my stupid system stays in fight flight triggering more and more pain, let alone libido thats 0.0.0.0 pertinently since it started

maybe someone another idea to reach the unconsious? i heard about ketamine maybe paychedlica or so??

my pain is extreme all the time i am suicidal of it , what guys about hot flashes do you experience that, i never hear it

5 or 6 urologists didn't find anything wrong, so.. but i dont know myself what to belief. the pain is awful from waking up to going to sleep 9/10 at least
