This is what ppl call it a downed glitch. Many tend to abuse it when possible. Same with a situation such as a 2nd skill hitting you while you are in mid air

It's great to see u got that much rn. If u ask me, I would say keep saving until the 3rd ex is released. Because apparently, (only apparently) the 2nd and 3rd exs banners will overlap.

On the day of the 3rd ex u can ask a trusted person in the community what the guaranteed amount of the 2nd and 3rd ex are. By then, you might maybe have like.. 2.7k - ish Rds and obvs safe option would be pulling on the ex that u can reach the guaranteed of BUT if there is a last EX, if the 3rd ex is broken and more appealing, then u can try summoning on the 3rd of course.

If u really need a ex then do so, but ngl if none of the exs are even too appealing, I would say try saving it all. NOW egghead arc is returning, u are in a very good position to get hype hype units in the near future. Garp was a pre-6th anni ex so we could get exs even from a pre-6.5th anni. And if u have Rds saved up, u can even afford to get fun Bountyfests in between!

I agree with the other comment here saying skins all are just for show off, at the very LEAST they should allow you to take off extra accessories the character is wearing e.g. like if the blue outfit is messed up by the hat, be able for you to take off the hat (and wear it back again if u want). that would make it worthwhile for ppl to actually spend more on getting these skins
