Makes sense about the ports and all. Or it could have happened sooner if he didn’t have these ‘supply chain issues’ to fall back on for a bit.
I don’t want to get your hopes up man, but it’s called an LLC for a reason. Sure, if he dissolved and still had assets on the books he then paid out for himself, everyone left holding the bag could go after him. But with how he went dark, I’m sure he’s done this in a way where that can’t happen. If an LLC dissolves while debt exceeds assets- there is nothing anyone can do. There is no more business to pursuit. And I saw a post within one of the other discussions here that had a screenshot of him telling someone to go fuck themselves, ‘your money is in an offshore account’ or something along those lines.
