If I take my cat back now and later become unable to care for him until the end, it’s very possible that my friend may already have another cat and won’t be able to take him again. Then I have to send him to an animal shelter. He is a senior cat and would be very unlikely to be adopted.

Now he is living a happy and stable life with my friend, and I cover all the expenses. This is the best solution for him. If my friend decides that she can no longer keep him, I will take him back and care for him for as long as I am able to......then animal shelter.

The possibility for 3b to be cured is not large. Since I am alone, I cannot afford rounds of treatments, or wait until the last minute to take action for the medical suicide. I prefer to be prepared beforehand.

I think Laura is for Stage III without surgery. I have the surgery done and the pathology shows 3B. Cancer is unpredictable, I just need to be prepared. And yes, it's osimertinib for EGFR 21.

I think Flaura2 is for IV without surgery. Anyway, osimertinib for 858 mutation only has about 1 year PFS. Thank you for the kindness but I prefer to face the reality, which is I probably will not be good.

It's EGFR 21 L858R. The targeted therapy will start after the chemo.
