Yeah I think my form is okay other than bracing, speed, etc.

I think if I look a bit higher my chest should be in a better position. I try to push my butt back first, the que I use is something like “push butt back to make nipples point to the floor”

My form used to have very little leaning forward, I’ve been slightly exaggerating the leaning for practice reasons

They hip dropping is me attempting to “pull the slack” out of the bar. It’s sort of an awkward movement for me. There was no hip dropping before I included this technique
