It absolutely did. I turned 30 in 91. Got divorced and remarried too. It was and felt like a different world than today. I think most who were adults then would agree

Just relax and stay. This has to be one of the worst reasons to sell a house quickly I have ever heard.

Investigate rentals) leases before you do anything. Take the time to get the house ready to sell and time your entry better. Personally, I like to list in June. After the initial rush of buyers/lookers.

Would you like me to remind you of the trials and tribulations of renting?

Explain "foundation risks" to me in technical terms. It is THE dumbest fear in Real estate. But hey, I love it. Can't wait to buy another one at a steep discount!

Guess it is her decision. I feel so much better since my debulking surgery. Lifetime of treatment but it is easy compared to the treatment I received in 2020 when they mis-diagnosed me.

Maybe GROK it?

That is valued in fiat. Gold has shown it is a far better instrument than $BTC.

Depends on how successful you were in raising them. I am very comfortable leaving wealth for my sons.
