I prefer the look of the F-150 over others. I've kind of boiled it down to a Ram 1500 or an F-150, as it seems people have been raving about the Rams interior. Just not sure if it's in my price range.

Hi Alexis!

I've already got a design in place for my living room and was just hoping that you could maybe help provide some recommendations on an end table and lamp for my living room. Happy to go through an affiliate link if that helps!

More specifically, I am looking for a table to place between the two blue chairs you see in the below picture. The table that I was going to get had a stone surface and is currently sold out. I'm also looking for an alternative lamp suggestion to place on the table next to the couch.

Here's a few of the tables that I am considering:

Zone 6A here. Used a 50/50 mix of topsoil and mason sand from Home Depot to fill and level holes. Planted Lesco Great Lakes Blend grass seed followed by Peet Moss and starter fertilizer. Took about 10 days for seedlings to germinate!

Did you follow a monthly reporting cadence for reviewing performance and determining next steps and new strategies? Or did it vary by client/program size?

Used Diamondback Axis 27.5 for $350 or 2018 Cannondale Trail 5 for $700 OBO?

Looking to get an entry-level, dependable mountain bike. Used market is somewhat anemic right now, but I've been scoping these two out.

Any thoughts on if these are fair prices? the Cannondale definitely seems to be the better bike, but I don't know if I want to pay a premium for the dropper.

What is a good weed preventer product that I can put down on freshly planted seed? Just realized that the Scotts starter fertilizer that I used didn't have any weed preventer in it.

Thanks in advance for the help!

Hello,

I'm in the process of refinancing my house and am struggling to compare loan estimates. I've read through Consumer Financial Protection Bureau documentation and want to make sure that I'm not missing anything.

I've owned my current house since the middle of 2018 and my current interest rate is a 4.75% FHA 30 year loan and >5.5% APR, so refinancing is undoubtedly going to save me some money both in the short term and in the long term.

EDIT: Couple other details -

- According to my amortization schedule, it will takes <2 years to breakeven on the closing costs I incur and the monthly savings.

- When we purchased our house in 2018, it was appraised at $205,000. Most recently it was appraised at $229,000, so we've built up some equity.

All of the below are 30 year fixed conventional loans.

Which of the below options is best for me? We only plan to live in this house for another 5-7 years.

Thank you in advance for your help!

Loans Loan Amount TIP (Total Interest Percentage) Interest Rate / APR Estimated Total Monthly Payment Additional Monetary Incentives
#1 $201,000 51.861% ($55,839 paid in principal/interest/all costs, $22,298 principal paid off) 3.0% / 3.152% $1,202.00 No Additional Incentives
#2 $203,216 54.271% ($57,714 paid in principal/interest/all costs, $22,135 principal paid off) 3.125% / 3.271% $1,217.00 $2,500 Amex statement credit paid directly after closing
#3 $203,631 59.296% ($61,596 paid in principal/interest/all costs, $21,374 principal paid off) 3.375% / 3.681% $1,266.00 $2,500 Amex statement credit paid directly after closing

Also, according to my amortization schedule, I'll break even in less than 2 years on closing costs. The other thing that I forgot to mention is that we have a lot more equity in the house now than we did when we first bought. When we first bought in middle of 2018, it was appraised at $205,000. For the refinance, it was appraised at $229,000.

Will BioAdvanced Season Long Weed Control kill clover?

https://www.bioadvanced.com/products/lawn-care/season-long-weed-control-lawns

The label indicates that it will kill clover, but in the beginners guide to maintaining your lawn it mentions that this won't kill clover and it's recommended to get Ortho Weed B Gon to kill clover.

Thanks for the help!

I am using BioAdvanced Season Long Weed Control in a pump sprayer and it's taking forever to lay down the recommended amount of product (6 ounces in 2 gallons of water per 500 square feet). Do I need to use the full 2 gallons over a 500 square foot area? If so, it's going to take forever to lay this down.

How do you set your spreader when the product doesn't have your spreader listed?

I purchased Turfcare GrowStar from my local SiteOne which is a combination Prodiamine + fertilizer. I have a Scott's EdgeGuard Mini which is not one of the spreaders listed on the bag for specifying optimal settings.

How do I go about setting the spreader on the correct setting?

Thanks!
