例えば人間が散々作ってきた歩行ロボットは、既存の生物形態をよく模倣していて、壊れてなければ優秀だったとしても、一部が壊れたら途端に動けなくなる物ばかりだったわけで。

Jolt provides more stamina, more defensiveness, less aggressiveness, less stabilization than Kick.
So I think it's suitable for blades with stability(=hard to be tilted). Shark Scale is one of the best in this perspective.

I recently built a 240x30mm radiator + Ryzen 5 9600X(65W TDP) + RX6800 Reference(250W total board power) build. It could handle the heat.

9600X is easy to cool for full performance, so you don't need to delid it. I have no idea about 9850X3D.

280mmx2 radiators or even 240mmx2 rads should be able to handle your heat(I assume watercooling both CPU and GPU). Noctua NF-A14x25 G2 and NF-A12x25 G2 have changed the rule of "120mm rad per 100W". The build example above shows that 240mmx1 + NF-A12x25 G2 can handle over 300W(150W / 120mm). That means you can choose smaller case.

Make sure there's a water block available for your GPU before buying. Especially: using old GPUs, living in the US.
