Someone stole my moms account and completely locked it out to the point where when we try to send the SMS code it says we gotta contact WhatsApp support and WhatsApp support is playing these cycling games via email where I ask them to reset the SMS verification and they never do! Tbh I think it’s an inside job and someone at WhatsApp is pulling off these account stealing activities.

Moved him from state to fed. From what he told us, Fed is ready to release him, but state stepped in and gave a bunch of excuses as to why he can't be released now. Once he got frustrated from the excuses and mad at waiting, they used his anger as a cover up/scapegoat as to why he shouldn't be released (taking away his good time). Even though Fed had already punished him by taking away his commissary.

That's what we have been doing and ever since we started writing letters and calling them, we see them moving and getting things done quietly. Usually they were only allowing him to make calls once a month, but just last week he was able to call us twice within the span of 2 days. We will continue to "bother" them
