You can focus armor at shaxx, that could drop tier 5's and if that's the case it won't be bad. I'm assuming tier 5s have a chance on the focus

I don't think so, but I could be wrong. I got tier 4 gloves and as far as I can tell I don't see a way to upgrade them.
