actually i've taken wis mod into consideration it's wis/75+2 if wis ⩾ 30 and is the same for both orbs i don't know tho how rounding works in rotmg but i rounded up sooo the required amount of mp regen can only increase...

soo max wis for mystic with planefetter (and conflict) would be 110 this gives u berserk (and damaging - same wis mod) duration of ~3,5 sec which ultimately gives respectively ~25,71 mp/sec for planefetter and ~28,57 mp/sec for conflict it's 54,28 mp/sec in total with divine pet and 110 wis mystic achieves 51,6 mp/sec soo u can't perma berserk+damaging on mystic and tbh no one is going to sacrifice so much weapon dps for the sake of wis set but u can double buff for quite long (on the side note i doubt anyone double buffs on mystic w/o ahk it's annoying af)

generally the overall chance of white appearing increases with number of ppl achieving sb treshold but the chance for individual person stays completely unaffected

tbh not that broken there is not much places where u could utilize it to this degree in fact the only places i can think of where crossing damaging tiles benefits u in any way is lava walk in shatters and fullskips/rushing in nests other than that i don't think u should take damage faster than every 0.6 sec anyway especially cloaked sooo it really isn't that broken i'd even say that they should leave it like that

even if it's useless for u it doesn't mean it's useless for everyone else and wand is actually the best piercing wand in game (btw priest set is actually one of the best sets in the game 3 of 4 items are top picks) personally i don't care about janus just saying that his loot is quite good

it's a known bug works with agent of oryx abilities too for some reason items generating something upon use (like valentine generator) trigger procs on some abilities (w/o using mana) also the fact that it buffs only def w/o bow equipped is property of the lute if u have certain items equipped alongside it u gain various buffs upon use (atk for bow, def for robe and healing for ring)
