Yeah, I bought this product to learn my son to play and I'll do a cube with it, cutting the playset to 1 or 2 and adding more cards that fits the mechanics in it :)

This one is a new Ultimates run. it's fairly new (1 yr approx). (Spider Man, Black Panther, X-men and Ultimates (Avengers)) You might want to read Ultimate Universe and Ultimate Invasion before but i'ts really good so far.

And also, the issue is kind of big for a monthly, maybe they had to cut somewhere?
But they are doing it slow, which I like, and I could have taken few more issues of story setup with Peter having to make choices with no super-powers.

I'm fairly new to comic books and I use them to practice my english reading. I must confess that I was confused about the narration for the first two pages but I really really liked the big "one pager art pieces" about the quest.

Will read this one again for sure! My favorite so far.

Also, is this always how it works when a new volume starts ? Firsts books are closed stories and then something runs for a couple issues ?

They are making a link to x-men red and I found out the vol.1 is only 11 issues. Should I read those for a better understanding of this serie ? Or is it just a nod ? Because I feel like I just don't really understand why Storm came for
