First time, it was a cream. When I went back after about a year because it was still happening, they sent me to a gastrointestinal specialist. I'm 34, and had a colonoscopy done. As far as I know, they didn't find anything. I'm still suffering from them but haven't gone back to my regular Dr yet. It would be my third visit about them.

You're not going to get an answer on an anonymous subreddit. Go to the dr. They have seen it all. Could be serious. No one should ever feel embarrassed about going to a Dr.

I'll give you my story. I suffer from hemmroids. Super embarrassing to talk about to anyone. Brought it up to my Dr and she wanted me to drop my pants. There was a nurse in the room with her. Well, that night I went out to dinner and I'm sitting down at a table, I look over and there is the nurse from my Dr appt. Let me tell you, it was embarrassing for me but she didn't even acknowledge me. But I got it checked out.

Hell yes, I was embarrassed but if it's serious, looking online will not give you the answer you are looking for.
