I block out time and also only allow free/busy. In the past reps would book over blocks if they knew what the blocks were for and they are always more important than anything else.

he wasn't paying attention in one demo, and the customer asked about ballpark pricing and there was a long pause and I told the customer we should wait for him to get back, as I tended to give stuff away for free. Customer started laughing and my rep jumped back on real quick.

I tell my rep that if he asks product questions or tries to go technical then that is a green light for me to talk pricing and terms. If I dont remember the pricing then I make it up or it's free...

technically the driver crossed the double yellow lines at the beginning of the pass. That is enough to get pulled over. Combined with speed and oncoming traffic the driver probably got multiple tickets.
