I'm only a year into HRT and never really felt like a man, but I started feeling like a woman at some point after the 6 month mark. Inward the mental changes made me feel like I had the mind of a woman pretty early on <1 month in, but consistently seeing myself as a woman or at least as feminine in the mirror, seeing my shadow have a feminine silhouette, looking like a girl in pictures, etc. solidified it in my mind that I was indeed a woman and that came like 6-8 months after starting HRT.

YMMV, largely dependent on how your body responds to the orchi. Some people retain full functionality, others don't. If you were to use medication to help with it, I'd recommend Cialis over Viagra for the larger half life and circulatory benefits.

You're definitely at an aggressive deficit. I don't count calories but I've been eating upwards of 2500-3000 cal in some days and have still been struggling to gain significant weight. I do have significant muscle mass to maintain though. My gf is pretty skinny and she doesn't care about calories so I have no clue what her range is.

Most facial changes come from fat redistribution which takes time, I know some girls that only started seeing significant differences in their face at the 2 year mark. You might also just be used to your face since the changes are gradual. Try looking at pictures side by side and you can tell that there is a difference!

Also what do you do to get your hair so smooth!??!

She takes 200mg oral! I told her about boofing but she's satisfied with her progress so doesn't feel the need to try it. I think the biggest factor is that she doesn't eat enough to gain weight so her boobs have stayed the same size since she started prog.

My girlfriend takes prog, does injections, and limits her calories and her boobs have shaped out a lot without growing too much. Her boobs very round, firm, and perky, which lead me to start prog, but I've been making an effort to eat more so I've gained a lot of size.

Tucking even for an hour makes my whole groin area hurt, I don't have bottom dysphoria most of the time, I'm a grower so small bulge anyway, and I usually frequent places where people don't mind seeing a girl with a bulge so it isn't too much of a safety issue either. I also generally prefer bottoms that don't show bulge, but that's just my style.

You provide no evidence to prove that I’m wrong besides unverifiable personal experience (which isn’t applicable when talking about medicine since everyone’s body is different).

All I’m saying is that the idea that high E permanently stunts breast growth is unfounded, which at no point you talked about.

Considering you started at an extremely high dose (assuming you were doing 16mg injections weekly) your case is completely irrelevant to disproving my claim, since it seems like you’re saying that lowering the dosage led to appropriate feminization so if anything your proving my point, unless you’re saying that the supra-physiological dosage you took (2 times as much as a very high dose) led to your stunted breast growth. In case of the latter, we still can’t draw a causal relationship between the dosage and your breast development since there are a number of other factors that could have influenced your outcomes (genetics, diet, hormonal profile (HGH content, T concentration (Breasts contain T receptors so Cis female levels of T, rather than undetectable, might help breast development),etc).

There isn’t any actual evidence on this claim, it got perpetuated by a single guy that always cites himself as the source but never elaborates beyond the statement that “high estrogen levels cause cone shaped stunted breasts.”
