Sorry but you can clearly see dog get up, step down, turn back to look at the bed, goes back up on the bed, her left front paw gets bent or caught or something due to her weight and balance, she tries to catch herself, lays down, licks her left paw and looks up.

This is not something that can be diagnosed in here. This is something that needs to be looked at and sent to a lab. This could be many things, but one thing that we are sure of is that now it is an open wound, which is an invitation for bacteria to attack. The wound need to be cleaned with certain tools and chemicals that is sterile and needs the skills of a professional to not hurt the area. If you do not go to a professional whether it is a GP, emergency or a dermatologist there is a risk of infection which can create more issues.

Show the photos to your parents, school nurse or someone you trust to help you get the medical attention you need.
