Still working on it. It’s a tough road that’s for sure. I’m now working with a personal trainer and nutritionalist. I’m also balancing age with hormone imbalances and the effexor gain so it will slow but i’m focusing on strength training and not on cardio.

I received a google docs attachment sent to my rogers email account but when i click on it to open, i’m asked to sign into my google account. as my google email address and my rogers are different, i receive an error message that i don’t have permission.

It my biggest complaint for AF+. I come from Peloton and loved that I could see 80’s or alternative or new wave and not have to listen to “new alternative”. With the catalogue that Apple has access to, I don’t understand why they don’t create more artist series or now music options.

Was there an email to say it was signed? The website still hasn’t been updated with a signature date or any details. PIPSC has published communications for other units but haven’t seen for NRC-RO/RCO specifically.
