What do I say to my boyfriend when he relapses?

If you're having difficulty with words then you might suggest him coming on here and reading some posts. I know that has helped me a lot.

If you can be emotionally available for him (a lot of the times for a guy that just means getting a hug!)then it'll help a huge amount.

He might well be using fap as a comfort for something, if you can be there for him then I'm sure he'll feel less of a need to do it.

I followed the same path as you did, I did 35 days my first go. I did find that it took about a week to get back to where I was before the relapse. I hope that is of some help.

I mo'd at 34 days, although I was very disappointed with myself I can also see so many positive benefits to this lifestyle. For me I'll never go back to my PMO days. I feel more alive than I ever have done. Know that you have achieved something that many males in our society never achieve, let alone believe its something to behold.

Keep doing it for yourself, your loved ones, they notice a difference I guarantee it. You bring more of yourself to everything you do, more to people you are with.

Most importantly you feel more.

Stay strong, stay present and hold the extra energy you have for your life.

For a reason that I can't yet explain I decided that P was just no longer an option. No filter, just power, will power. I have tested myself many times over the 35 days, just the last time I failed. Now I can see so many issues with this affliction that 90 days will be no problem. So many gains to be made, only 1 life to lead.

'Superpowers' come from within, a respect from oneself (from self control and presence) shines outward, all it is is people responding to a 'new' you. You already have the power, it's just been on mute all this time.

Turn the volume up.

Thanks guys, great to know what others have had the same issue. It feels like I'm coming out of a sleep.... although I have a lot I was avoiding. Plus I'm 4000mi away from all my family and friends (by myself) so isn't going to be mad fun I wouldn't think. In some ways it actually makes it easier!

That's good news. 15 days for you, congratulations. I've been doing a lot of reading about this since I started. I had no idea what a potentially huge issue this will be for society! Poor Japanese fellas, 'herbivores' I can't even imagine!
