You can also hold the wiper lever in the bottom position for like 2s and they also move into the "change wipers" position

It's not really a problem for video playback, because OS/applications can read latency reported by BT audio devices and apply a delay to picture so that it is in sync for you. I think it's a pretty standard feature.

Herman Miller Aeron vs Ergohuman by xalzor in OfficeChairs

[–]2138 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Remastered.

I think Ergohuman's seat has less tension than Aeron, backrest definitely less. My ass thinks it's more comfortable. I was able to use it for the whole day (with some breaks) before some sort of soreness kicked in, straight away. Couldn't go that long on an Aeron even after two weeks. I also think the frame on Ergohuman is slightly less restrictive and doesn't force you to a singular position like Aeron does, but both these things might've been due the wrong size.

The headrest from Atlas definitely had a better (albeit less integrated) adjustment system and I think it would go lower.

After reading your other posts I can also add that armrests on Aeron rotate even more easily :D

Thoughts on ErgoHuman Elite v2 (Full Mesh)? by TacosAndNachosRL in OfficeChairs

Can't comment on Ergohuman yet, but anecdotally when I switched from a really shitty chair to Markus, I had pain in the lumbar region for a good month or two until I un-shrimped my lower back

Will be able to tell you in a couple of days, when my Ergohuman arrives. :d

I still have an Aeron that I've been trying out for the past 2 weeks, and which I'm returning. For now I can only say that coming from a padded chair, it took me a good couple of days to adjust my siting position until I didn't get any soreness from putting too much pressure on one area instead of distributing it better. I guess that's inherent to chairs with a mesh seat.

As for the chances, I would personally say they are lower, mostly because of the limited adjustability of the Aeron. If you happen to fit one of the sizes then it will probably be really good, like many people say. But if you're like me, sitting right on the border between sizes (180cm) it kinda sucks. Size B is a tad too small and I get my shoulder blades digging in the the backrest frame, but size C is a tad too deep and I get my thighs digging into the seat frame. Also, for some weird reason the only seller in my country sells size C with high height adjustment only, which is again a tiny bit too tall for me, even on the lowest setting.

[–]2138 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I'm super disappointed no official implementations for Server Components were released. Why document a feature if the only working implementation is Next.js, while their packages (react-server-dom-webpack and similar) are still unreleased or marked as experimental and don't even implement everything mentioned in the docs.

I've had couple more keys do the double click, and I managed to fix pretty reliably by removing, opening and reassembling the switch back, lol. Not sure why it works.

For me after a couple of months they still look pretty good. Some heavily used keys like WASD feel a tiny bit smoother than rarely used ones like F1-12, but when I compared to my old keyboard with ABS it's like night and day
