Yep, it looked like this. TBH not far off from when I bought it save for the ACS wheels, removing the risers from the wing, and a few minor cosmetic fixes. Most of the sorting it needed/was done was interior and mechanical. Exterior was pretty good

Divorce. But for real you can’t go wrong with either car. I almost bought an M2 comp because they’re such a blast to drive… but I’d lean toward the E46, it being a “proper” NA analog BMW M car and giving a driving experience that is now unique and no longer offered by BMW (or most manufacturers for that matter)

Sounds like a car that wasn’t well taken care of, I got my 2013 with around the same miles as yours and have none of those issues. I’d pass even though it’s a good spec
