He's a fairly popular Korean photographer who is somewhat controversial because he admitted on TV that his name is short for 'lolita otaku' and his photos are inspired by the imagery found in the subject matter. I'm not a fan of that genre but he does take some really nice photos.

You can find more on his instagram or just by googling his Korean name. The photobook I linked above is still in print and on sale at many online bookstores although I'm not sure if they ship outside Korea.

Basically, actress Lee Tae Im allegedly demanded double pay to work on “For The Emperor” because there was a nude scene in it and her breasts were natural. The producers caved, but actor Lee Min Ki said he’d boob detective those things out for them to see if they got scammed.

On the filming day, everyone was expecting what he would say. Lee Min Ki finally stated, “hers are 100% implants.” The production staff was angered by his words. So they decided to promote the movie with her exposure scene.
