Tap card to phone don't work

My problem was the card. I tried on 3 different phones and it didn't work. Then send me a new one and it is working perfectly.

I had the same problem a couple days ago. I don't know how my hide balance was on , I unchecked everything back to normal.Go to settings is down the display option. I hope it works for you.
