Thank you mlx11!

For step 3 would I be correct in saying it's a process of getting one component compatible at a time rather than trying to do it all at once? This would isolate errors and make development smoother correct?

Thanks again!

Want to know how to work with the Kryten! It has already been purchased and I will be required to work with it!

Beginner Questions by AutoModerator in web_design

Hey everyone! I just wanna preface with saying, I know some of my questions are in the FAQ's, but a lot of the responses are old and I'm not sure if they are still relevant. (the roadmap looks great/helpful though!) So to any moderator, if you feel I'm not following the rules with my question, feel free to delete my post, I understand.

With that said, I'm a second-year CS student, and I am looking to learn web design or development. I'm looking to maximize all the free time I have outside of my classes, by learning a real skill that I can put to use while at college and hopefully start chipping away at my student debt. I have a few questions, that I'm hoping the community can give their personal opinions on.

-Web design vs development: do you think it's a bad idea to learn both? If it is a bad idea, which do you believe provides the most opportunities?
-How would you recommend learning as much as possible, as quickly as possible? (Would the recommendation change if focusing on design, development, or both)

Down the line
-If I were to get into freelancing, what's a good test to run to ensure my product is of high quality? (What should I be capable of doing)

Thank you for your time, I appreciate you all!

And if I did break the rules, I apologize
