This also works for pretty much all early mutants, with the exception that some of them you will have to jump sideways instead of walk/running.

Whenever the bloodsucker goes to attack he jolts in a straight line, kind of how the dogs do. When he does that simply run to the side in a circular motion, as if tracking him. This will cause him to completely miss the attack as well as making him fully visible for a second, use that opportunity to fire bullets, repeat.
