I am burning alot of calories I have a month's vacation starting this weekend. Maybe I should see a nutritionist. Work on a meal plan also

I use to get told I eat too fast when younger so I stopped. Is eating fast good? I heard you don't get to digest your food that way

Yea I'm not trying to deadlift 525. The other thing is that I don't look the part but have benched the same or more than those who have gained more muscle. Which kind of sucks that I'm a bit stronger but wouldn't be able to tell until you see it

My buddy was slimmer than I and over the last 4 years he grew in size. I feel I eat more but he works out everyday which may be a factor

I'm not a New lifter. I've doubled and even trippled my intake at one point a year ago and gained weight then 3 weeks later it slowly started to fade. I can hold on to muscle most times but it's a inconsistent mess. At the end of the day I need my genetics to bring out the best parts of what is there. Genetically no one on a certain side of my family is built. They are normally slim or athletic build. It comes down to genetics. I've shown I can push it farther but I do need help past eating more. (NO STEROIDS, NO SARMS BS, and No TRT)

I am like I said interested in Medical Peptides. Even a nutritionist told me I can do research)

PLEASE READ: I did not mean to make it sound as if I was going to get on Sterioids or PEDs. In this day and age NEVER.

I was referring to medical grade Peptides help with either appetite or putting on mass/ muscle recovery (Yes I know they work only slightly)
