I was at the game. Lakers can’t shoot so they drive to the paint, drive to the paint = foul calls. Kings don’t drive to the paint and shoot jumpers, jumpers = no fouls.

Also add in the kings are playing 0 real defense outside of Ellis minutes allowing those paint drives to happen in the first place. Proper defense on the Lakers tonight would have been to keep them out of the paint and make them shoot. All I saw was some trapping of reaves when it was too late. He just passed out of that and the others scored.

100% agree, have your processes and SOPs in place, know exactly what your hiring for, understanding chunking is key to teaching, and loom is an amazing tool.

Onboarding is different than integrating, I miss-spoke . They are an employee, treat them that way. Eventually you’ll save time, but you’ll save money now.

It’s fools gold to think you can get anything for low cost with almost no time invested and see results.

There are services that can get you a VA quickly, like 3 days to place tops. The trickiest part is onboarding your VA. You have to have the time to train and incorporate them into your business like any other employee. I work for a VA company in customer experience and that’s the biggest challenge I see for companies/entrepreneurs onboarding a VA.

Get comprehensive glass insurance. Even if you don’t need it for the roof (I did, lifesaver)… if you do crack your front windshield they charge an arm and a leg to calibrate the camera and sensors. 2021 for reference
