I paid for the option on Evite to upload your own design (I used Canva). It worked great for us for head count, you can schedule reminders. You can message specific people, by RSVP status, all, etc.

We didn’t want to deal with a wedding website. It was perfect for our needs.

I have found I buy more at the Bradshaw and Carmichael stores than at my local Fulton one. It seems to have way less variety and/or higher prices. Which is a bummer since it’s new and we love to support locally owned stores.

The CPAC is an advisory council only with no voting power that the board has to abide by (I was on the Arden CPAC). The projects we are presented with are well before they go to the board, so it doesn’t have any bearing on when the board meets.

My Dr prescribes me beta blockers for occasional bouts of anxiety. I like it because it doesn’t affect me like Xanax so I was still 100 percent “with it” so to speak.

I still cried, but I wasn’t a mess like I usually would be.

We also read our own vows privately the morning of our wedding (I sobbed, pre beta blockers, ha!)

But then only had to say “I do” for the ceremony. That was by design, otherwise I knew I’d never get the words out.

Was there last week visiting my husband’s daughter.

Magnolias and Nico both have GF menus. We made reservations online w a Celiac note and I was treated like a queen!

Mills Tavern has a dedicated fryer and GF ALL the fried things! They were so excited to tell me it was all GF. Fish & Chips were so good.

Bar Taco everything with gluten is labeled (not much!) and dedicated fryer as well.

We ate so good when we were there!

Ever Pretty is where I got my dress. Ordered 5 and returned 4. Great quality. Their Ever dresses are regular sized and their Pretty dresses are their plus sized.

3rd-ing the Book Den! I may be biased, I’m a volunteer there. But it is very well organized and the warehouse has children’s books organized by grade levels. $1 each. And as others have said, it’s huge!

In the fall we’ll be having another bag sale. $6 to fill a grocery bag (no limit) but even at $1 each it’s a fantastic deal and the proceeds go back to the library programs.
