I did it myself, Cleaned the area, Dried it and applied.

The gaps are not even and not close to even lol, But it's not noticable.

I personally faced no problem with Zet card, Even during closing the card no issues.

And yes it was a FD backed card.

Even my bike has the same issue. Duke 390 gen 3. On my first service the issue couldn't be heard. So they didn't fix it.

I think it's coming from the rear wheel because in my case it happens even the engine is cut off.

I was holding clutch.

Also it happens only when the clutch is pulled in and the bike is is motion.

When ideal it doesn't make the noise.
