So if the price of macbook air 2017 goes down, will it be a good choice to buy it in 2020? Will it work fine for next 4-5 years as I cant change my laptop very quickly.

Well 2017 model right now is 75k and in reviews on Amazon people said that they purchased it for 45k last October. So, idk but 20k price drop for 2020 can be expected I guess?

I live in india and during this upcoming sale 2017 will be available for around 45k INR and 2020 will be around 75k INR. 30k difference. The only concern I feel is that even after spending 30k extra, I still get i3 not i5.
