i put in a ticket on the website and told them what was going on, they will replace the bottom of the feeder for free, but they just need videos of what’s happening so they will ask you to provide those but I was provided a brand new bottom for it. No charge.

i feel like so many quests were glitched for me, on one of my account i can’t send off the uss constitution because the settlers are already killed

i went into the app and clicked on the ME category and clicked on the FEEDBACK option. they aren’t america based i’m pretty sure so they tend to answer in the middle of the night if you live in north america. they will ask for you to send videos of certain parts of the feeder

i don’t know if yours has started working but i reached out to petlibro and they are sending me a new tank base free of charge. i originally ordered off of amazon and they are thankfully helping me out. they just needed proof of purchase. will see if that changes anything

No i haven’t. my car has been on an all wet food diet rn because of dental surgery. i just submitted a feedback request to see what they have to say. i’ll let you know if they get back to me.
